Please note that jewelry photographed under studio lighting may appear slightly different in person. Metals, plating, gemstones, and natural materials vary from piece to piece. Handmade and hand-finished items in particular will show small differences between individual pieces; this is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information — including pricing — at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1/2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within [30] days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with any tags or certificates included.
